My serene escape to First Group was a blend of tranquility and rustic charm. The Italian-inspired spa, a sanctuary of relaxation, offered first-class treatments that rejuvenated my mind and body amidst the breathtaking surroundings. The outdoor chaise lounges and parasols provided the perfect setting for unwinding under the African sun. Basic amenities such as gas for cooking and sufficient lighting during power cuts were lacking, detracting from an otherwise peaceful experience. The staff, though friendly, didn't offer the expected support during these challenging times.Despite these setbacks, the spacious rooms, clean environment, and stunning views of the dam created a soothing ambiance. The property's beauty shone through, making the long gravel drive worthwhile. The kids were entertained, and my wife thoroughly enjoyed her birthday gift.In conclusion, First Group is a tranquil haven with room for improvement. I hope future guests can relish the serene environment and rejuvenating spa, albeit with better-prepared facilities.
